Privacy Policy

1. Collected Information

At this time, no information is collected by Rionet Media Systems from  iAirControl application.  All user-entered information for third party servers is maintained and stored in on-device storage systems.  All connections to user-specified server destinations require SSL (over HTTPS) authentication to ensure security of passed information. In future releases of the iAirControl application, it may become necessary to collect small amounts of usage data to improve the applications performance, features, and stability.  New version releases that make changes to collected information will be documented to ensure all users are aware of what information is being collected and all steps will be taken to allow users to opt out wherever possible.

2. Usage of Collected Information

Any and all usage data collected by Rionet Media Systems from the iAirControl application is used exclusively for the improvement of the application.  Under no circumstances will user information collected by iAirControl be directly used for sale, marketing, advertising, or any other monetary purpose excluding the improved sales of the iAirControl application.  In addition, data collected by the iAirControl application will not be used by Rionet Media Systems for the improvement of other software or applications developed by Rionet Media Systems.

3. Sharing of Personal Information

The iAirControl makes no use of personal information.  No personal information is collected by the iAirControl application for Rionet Media Systems.  As a result, personal information collected by the iAirControl application will NOT be shared by Rionet Media Systems with any other third party company or organization unless required by law.

4. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserver the right make changes and updates to the Privacy Policy of the iAirControl application at any time.  All version releases that make a change to collected information will require a review of the privacy policy to ensure maximum protection of collected data from users.  In all cases, every effort is made to minimize the amount data required for collection.
